Originally built in the 1980s, Donovan Brothers was brought onboard to conduct a significant remodel of the existing clubhouse for this manufactured home park. This included a full demolition of the inside to replace with new walls and finishes. The exterior included significant landscaping improvements, to include a new pickleball court, outdoor seating areas and an outdoor kitchen.

This project consisted of the interior tenant improvement for the relocation of a retail store to First Avenue.
ABODA Tenant Improvement
Woodinville, WASHINGTON
This project consisted of the interior build-out of an existing building shell for Aboda, an international housing services company. The interior remodel consisted of new office space and warehouse improvements constructed with high level finishes. The reception area was upgraded to include Corian counter tops, oak tongue-in-groove, and level five gypsum wallboard finish. The completed building includes new office space, a two stop elevator, a lunch room, an employee training room, a laundry room, polished concrete floors and energy saving light throughout the building.
