The Kent Recovery Place was an extensive remodel of an existing property. This project is targeting LEED Silver. The completed facility includes two commercial kitchens, patient rooms, conference and group rooms, and an outdoor patient gathering space.

Seattle, WASHINGTON

This project consisted of the remodel of an existing building originally constructed in 1966. The completed facility features a fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, patient bedrooms, an exercise room, group rooms, and treatment rooms.

Franciscan Medical Tenant Improvement

Auburn, WASHINGTON

This project consisted of the interior build-out of a 1,622 square foot tenant space located in Auburn, Washington. As the new home of Franciscan Medical Group’s Breast Imaging Center, construction of the new medical office consisted of imaging rooms, dressing rooms, staff break rooms and support areas. The completed medical facility includes wood slat ceilings, luxury vinyl tile flooring, and a custom reception desk area.
