Kent Recovery Place

Healthcare Category

With thirty two (32) patient beds, this facility is fully equipped to provide patients with live-in care during their transition into healthier lifestyles. The original property contained two separate office buildings constructed in the late 1980s. This project featured extensive demolition of the exterior wall system, significant alterations to the roof structure, new MEP systems, and all new finishes. The project successfully obtained LEED Silver certification upon completion.

Riverside Business Park - Building A

Commercial Construction - $5 - $10 million

This 100,000 square foot facility is the new home to a growing aerospace manufacturer in Everett. Northwest Aerospace Technologies had run out of space, and was operating out of three separate buildings. Wanting to consolidate into one location for all their office staff and manufacturing space, this building now serves as their new home.

As a final touch, several custom canopies were installed around the building. Designed to look like airplane wings, they are completed with blinking red lights at each end.

Auburn Dairy Storage Building

Pre-Engineered Metal Building

A new cold storage building for a local yogurt manufacturer who was in need of additional space to keep up with demand. Auburn Dairy Products provides all milk and dairy to the entire Auburn School District, and is the manufacturer of Yami Yogurt, Zoi Greek Yogurt, and multiple other offerings.
