Franciscan Medical Tenant Improvement
Auburn, Washington
This project consisted of the interior build-out of a 1,622 square foot tenant space located in Auburn, Washington. As the new home of Franciscan Medical Group's Breast Imaging Center, construction of the new medical office consisted of imaging rooms, dressing rooms, staff break rooms and support areas. The completed medical facility includes wood slat ceilings, luxury vinyl tile flooring, and a custom reception desk area.

A 20,000 square foot two store office / laboratory on a 1.4 acre site. The building includes offices, first and second floor laboratories, conference rooms, and a compressed air vacuum system distributed throughout the building.

Auburn Valley Humane Society
Auburn, Washington
This project consisted of the construction of a new Humane Society for the City of Auburn. The building features fully isolated HEPA filtered HVAC systems, as well as feline intake rooms that are pressurized and isolated from other HVAC systems. In-floor radiant heat was installed in all canine, surgery and laundry facilities.

Pediatric Interim Care Center (picc)
Kent, Washington
The Pediatric Interim Care Center is a newborn nursery dedicated to the specialized 24-hour care of drug-exposed and medically fragile infants. The facility includes offices, conference rooms, laundry room, kitchen facilities, a state of the art generator, bullet proof glass, security cameras throughout, a fireplace, and family meeting and counseling rooms.
